About this template
The Forest Green Ribbon Thank-You Certificate is a contemporary Thank-You Certificate template that organisations, schools and teams of every kind use to put a thank-you in writing. Cookie sets the title and Josefin Sans carries the details, with a ribbon giving the page its character. Change a few words and it doubles as a volunteer certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] with gratitude for sharing your expertise at [Event] on [Date].
With heartfelt thanks to [Name] for supporting [Project] from the first day to the last.
With sincere thanks to [Name] for [Contribution]. Your generosity made a real difference.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Colours are yours to change: try Plum & Rose Gold, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Aref Ruqaa.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
