About this template
Made with schools, managers and club leaders in mind, this Certificate of Excellence helps you celebrate a goal that has been reached without starting from a blank page. Della Respira sets the title and Barlow carries the details, with scattered stars giving the page its character. It works just as well as a Ramadan or Eid certificate or a graduation certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding achievement in [Area] during [Year].
With congratulations to [Name] for reaching [Milestone], a first for [Organisation].
In recognition of [Name]’s achievement on [Date]. Proof that persistence pays off.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the final grade and class rank lines. Colours are yours to change: try Ablaq Terracotta, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Della Respira and Barlow. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
