About this template
Here is a clean way to celebrate a goal that has been reached: the Coral Starry Certificate of Distinction, a template that suits organisations, schools and award committees. It is shown here in coral, with scattered stars, Ovo headings and Montserrat for the smaller text. You will also find it under Awards & Competitions on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With congratulations to [Name] for reaching [Milestone], a first for [Organisation].
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding achievement in [Area] during [Year].
Awarded to [Name] for exceeding expectations in [Project or subject]. Your effort made the difference.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the final recital mark and diploma cohort lines. The design comes with three colour schemes (Jet & Silver, Ink Blue & Platinum and Graphite & Rose Gold), and every single colour can be changed. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Ovo and Montserrat. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Mirza.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
