About this template
Here is a contemporary way to record training that has been completed: the Teal Modern Manual Handling Certificate, a template that suits safety officers, HR and compliance teams. On CerShare it comes in the Teal Works colour scheme; the lettering pairs Atkinson Hyperlegible with Inter.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed Manual Handling on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
[Name] has successfully completed Manual Handling and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Manual Handling on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the course and valid until lines. Prefer another look? Switch to the Mandatory Blue or Navy & Signal colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Atkinson Hyperlegible and Inter. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Alexandria.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
