About this template
The Slate Banded H2S Awareness Certificate is a contemporary H2S Awareness Certificate template that energy companies, contractors and HSE trainers use to record training that has been completed. It is shown here in slate grey, with a bold band of colour, Squada One headings and Barlow for the smaller text.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has completed H2S Awareness. Please keep this certificate with your training records.
[Name] has successfully completed H2S Awareness and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
This is to confirm that [Name] attended H2S Awareness on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the first alarm, second alarm and immediate danger fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Signal Orange, or match your own brand colours. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Lalezar.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
