About this template
Made with tech teams, coding schools and hackathon organisers in mind, this Cybersecurity Awareness Certificate helps you record training that has been completed without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in plum, with corner ornaments, Oxanium headings and Titillium Web for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a course completion certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has successfully completed Cybersecurity Awareness and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
For completing Cybersecurity Awareness: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
[Name] has completed Cybersecurity Awareness. Please keep this certificate with your training records.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. The design comes with three colour schemes (Night Shield, Red Team and Violet Ops), and every single colour can be changed. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Oxanium and Titillium Web. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
