About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Burgundy Banded Induction Training Certificate gives HR, compliance and health-and-safety teams a crisp way to record training that has been completed. Look closely and you will notice a bold band of colour, set off by Readex Pro lettering in burgundy. You will also find it under Course Completion and Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For completing the Induction Training Completion: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended the Induction Training Completion on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
[Name] has successfully completed the Induction Training Completion and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, your first week, duration and refresher due and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Readex Pro and Inter. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Navy & Teal, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Readex Pro.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
