About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Black Banded Presentation Skills Certificate gives L&D teams and corporate trainers a clean way to record training that has been completed. It is shown here in black, with a bold band of colour, Mona Sans headings and Inter for the smaller text. It works just as well as a course completion certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed Presentation Skills on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Presentation Skills on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
This certifies that [Name] has completed Presentation Skills ([4] CPD hours) on [Date], delivered by [Trainer].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, elapsed, up next and speaker notes and the signatures. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Stage Dark, or match your own brand colours. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
