About this template
Secondary schools, form tutors and student councils reach for designs like this one when they want to reward students and staff: a fun Exam Excellence Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. The colour scheme you see, Green Ink, is one of three built into the design, with balloons and confetti at the heart of the layout. The big, friendly type is easy for young readers to recognise as their own.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
In recognition of [Name]’s excellent progress in [Subject]. Keep up the great work!
Awarded to [Name] for perfect attendance throughout [Term or Year]. Thank you for being here every day.
Presented to [Name], [Class], for outstanding effort and attitude in [Term].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the average score, year ranking and mathematics fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Red Pen, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Noto Kufi Arabic.
Printing tips
Bright white card of about 220 gsm makes the colours pop and stands up to small hands. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
