About this template
Made with schools, clubs and camp organisers in mind, this Student Council Certificate helps you reward students and staff without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Civic Blue, is one of three built into the design, with balloons and confetti at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of participation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name]! You have been named Student of the Week for [Reason].
Awarded to [Name] for perfect attendance throughout [Term or Year]. Thank you for being here every day.
In recognition of [Name]’s excellent progress in [Subject]. Keep up the great work!
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Poster Pop or Lime Rally colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Marhey.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
