About this template
If you need to reward students and staff, this Parent Volunteer Certificate does it with a cheerful layout that head teachers, school leaders and PTAs will recognise straight away. On CerShare it comes in the Garden Party colour scheme, with hearts as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Caveat with Work Sans. It works just as well as a volunteer certificate or a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With thanks to [Name] for everything you do for the pupils of [School].
For [Name], who makes our classroom a kinder place. From [Teacher].
[Name] has shown real leadership as [Role] this year. Signed by the Head Teacher, [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the hours volunteered and helping with lines. Colours are yours to change: try Warm Welcome, or match your own brand colours. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
