About this template
Made with professional bodies and training providers in mind, this Language Proficiency Certificate helps you confirm a professional qualification without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in navy, with a badge, Bitter headings and Hind for the smaller text. It works just as well as a course completion certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has demonstrated the competencies required for Language Proficiency. Assessor: [Assessor name].
Registered: [Name], registration number [0000], effective [Date].
This certifies that [Name] has met the requirements of Language Proficiency. Credential ID [ABC-0000], valid until [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, cefr level and the signatures. The design comes with three colour schemes (Terracotta, Mediterranean and Olive), and every single colour can be changed. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
