About this template
Use this traditional Share Certificate to confirm a professional qualification. It suits business networks, accelerators and chambers of commerce, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. Look closely and you will notice a ribbon rosette and a round seal, set off by Noto Serif Display lettering in crimson. Change a few words and it doubles as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This is to certify that [Company] is an authorised [Partner type] of [Organisation] for [Year].
Registered: [Name], registration number [0000], effective [Date].
Awarded to [Name] on successful completion of the [Exam] examination, [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the certificate no., shares and share class fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Noto Serif Display and Libre Caslon Text. Colours are yours to change: try Engraved Green, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Aref Ruqaa.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
