About this template
The Bronze Banded Long Service and Dedication Award is a formal Long Service and Dedication Award template that employers, HR teams and boards use to honour years of loyalty. The colour scheme you see, Marble & Navy, is one of three built into the design, with a bold band of colour at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] on retirement, with thanks for a career that shaped [Organisation].
Congratulations, [Name], on [10] years with us. Here’s to the next ten.
Awarded to [Name] for long and distinguished service to [Club or Organisation].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the years of service and dedication lines. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Prefer another look? Switch to the Marble & Gold or Sandstone & Green colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
