About this template
Colleges, academies and adult-education centres reach for designs like this one when they want to mark the day someone graduates: a classic Postgraduate Programme Completion Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Look closely and you will notice scattered stars and a stack of books, set off by Esteban lettering in jade. Change a few words and it doubles as a course completion certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name]! You walked in curious and you walk out ready. With love from all of us at [School].
With this certificate, [School] confirms that [Name] has successfully completed the Postgraduate Programme Completion.
Today we celebrate [Name], graduate of [Year]: may your next steps be as bold as the ones that brought you here.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the research project fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Colours are yours to change: try Library Cloth, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Esteban and Instrument Sans. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
