About this template
Schools, colleges and graduation committees reach for designs like this one when they want to mark the day someone graduates: a formal Graduation Service Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. It is shown here in jade, with a medal, Inria Serif headings and Karla for the smaller text. You will also find it under Awards & Competitions on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] has completed Graduation Service Award and is hereby recognised as a graduate of [School], on this day, [Date].
Presented to [Name], Class of [Year], with pride in everything you have learned and excitement for everything still to come.
Awarded to [Name] on graduating from [School]. Thank you for the questions, the laughter and the hard work.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the hours of service lines. The design comes with three colour schemes (Harbour Blue, Sage Service and Plum), and every single colour can be changed. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Noto Kufi Arabic.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
