If you need to mark a family moment, this Happy Birthday Certificate does it with a cheerful layout that families and friends will recognise straight away. It is shown here in midnight blue, with balloons and confetti, Corben headings and Figtree for the smaller text.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, turning and the signatures. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Corben and Figtree. The design comes with three colour schemes (Sorbet, Lagoon Party and Berry Bright), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
