About this template
Pet owners, vets and pet clubs reach for designs like this one when they want to mark a family moment: a playful Pet Adoption Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. It is shown here in jade, with leaves and branches, Fredoka headings and Outfit for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For [Name], who makes every family gathering better. Signed, [Everyone].
This certifies that [Name] is officially Pet Adoption Certificate, as voted by [Family].
Celebrating [Number] years of marriage: [Names], married [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, pet, age and adoption no. and the signatures. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. The design comes with three colour schemes (Welcome Mat, Mint Kennel and Plum Porch), and every single colour can be changed. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
