About this template
If you need to mark a family moment, this 40th Birthday Certificate does it with a clean layout that families and friends will recognise straight away. Chonburi sets the title and Urbanist carries the details, with a sunburst giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] for [Years] years of [Reason]. We love you more than words can say.
Awarded to [Name] for [Reason], with hugs from [Family].
Happy [Occasion], [Name]! With all our love, [Family names], [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the years young lines. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Midnight Gold or Emerald Deco colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
