About this template
Use this fun New Baby Announcement Certificate to mark a family moment. It suits families, friends and wedding planners, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. The colour scheme you see, Earthy Arc, is one of three built into the design, with scattered stars at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] is officially New Baby Announcement Certificate, as voted by [Family].
Awarded to [Name] for [Reason], with hugs from [Family].
Celebrating [Number] years of marriage: [Names], married [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the time, weight and length fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Sorbet Rainbow or Pastel Candy colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Baloo Bhaijaan 2.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
