Here is a contemporary way to mark a family moment: the Gold Medal Milestone Birthday Certificate, a template that suits families, friends and couples. Look closely and you will notice a medal and scattered stars, set off by Grand Hotel lettering in gold. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Colours are yours to change: try Teal & Gold, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
