About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Gold Ribbon Knife Skills Course Certificate gives cookery schools, chefs and food workshops a cheerful way to close a course with something worth keeping. On CerShare it comes in the Courgette & Oak colour scheme, with a ribbon as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Sansita with Archivo. It works just as well as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, classic cuts assessed, practical hours and practical result and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Sansita and Archivo. Colours are yours to change: try Carrot & Walnut, or match your own brand colours. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
