About this template
Use this clean Live Virtual Class Certificate to close a course with something worth keeping. It suits online course creators and e-learning platforms, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. The colour scheme you see, Pine Session, is one of three built into the design, with corner ornaments at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a certificate of participation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] finished the Live Virtual Class with a final grade of [Grade]. Congratulations on a course well done.
This certifies that [Name] has successfully completed the Live Virtual Class, [12] hours of guided study, on [Date].
Presented to [Name] for reaching the final lesson of the Live Virtual Class. Well done, and keep practising.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the live online, one class, four time zones and live sessions fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Prefer another look? Switch to the Studio Blue or Plum Live colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
