Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Copper Wave Home Staging Certificate gives estate agencies, property firms and facilities teams a clean way to close a course with something worth keeping. Look closely and you will notice flowing waves and leaves and branches, set off by Quicksand lettering in copper. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the homes staged and course hours fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Sage & Terracotta, or match your own brand colours. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with El Messiri.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
