About this template
Here is a timeless way to close a course with something worth keeping: the Chocolate Wave Dhow Building Workshop Certificate, a template that suits heritage centres, cultural clubs and festivals in the Gulf. Belgrano sets the title and IBM Plex Mono carries the details, with flowing waves giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] for reaching the final lesson of the Dhow Building Workshop. Well done, and keep practising.
[Name] has met all the requirements of the Dhow Building Workshop and is presented with this certificate of completion.
[Name] finished the Dhow Building Workshop with a final grade of [Grade]. Congratulations on a course well done.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the hours at the yard and vessel fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. The design comes with three colour schemes (Indigo Draught, Sepia Linen and Harbour Teal), and every single colour can be changed. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
