About this template
If you need to close a course with something worth keeping, this Short Course Certificate does it with a modern layout that training companies and course providers will recognise straight away. The colour scheme you see, Spruce & Mint, is one of three built into the design, with a bold band of colour at the heart of the layout. You will also find it under Achievement and Training & CPD on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has met all the requirements of the Short Course Completion and is presented with this certificate of completion.
Completed by [Name] on [Date]: the Short Course Completion, including all assignments and the final assessment.
Awarded to [Name] for completing every module of the Short Course Completion with commitment and curiosity.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the format and delivery lines. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Anek Latin and Karla. Prefer another look? Switch to the Ink & Saffron or Plum & Peach colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
