About this template
Here is a formal way to close a course with something worth keeping: the Brick Red Textured Certificate of Completion, a template that suits course creators, trainers and schools. The colour scheme you see, Midnight Terrazzo, is one of three built into the design. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] has successfully completed the [Course name] course, [12] hours of guided study, on [Date].
Presented to [Name] for reaching the final lesson of the [Course name] course. Well done, and keep practising.
[Name] finished the [Course name] course with a final grade of [Grade]. Congratulations on a course well done.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, duration, grade and studio hours and the signatures. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Blush Terrazzo, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Changa.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
