About this template
The Classic Midnight Rosette Nurse of the Year Award is a formal Nurse of the Year Award template that hospitals, clinics and care homes use to name a winner and make it official. Unna sets the title and Montserrat carries the details, with a ribbon rosette giving the page its character. You will also find it under Employee of the Month and Appreciation on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the excellence in nursing fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. The design comes with three colour schemes (Midnight & Gold, Plum & Silver and Teal & Champagne), and every single colour can be changed. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
