About this template
If you need to put a thank-you in writing, this Principal Appreciation Certificate does it with a formal layout that head teachers, school leaders and PTAs will recognise straight away. On CerShare it comes in the Claret colour scheme, with a laurel wreath as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Vollkorn with Public Sans. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For [Name]: thank you for the patience, the encouragement and the many hours behind the scenes.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Colours are yours to change: try Academy Green, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Vollkorn and Public Sans. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
