About this template
Here is a clean way to celebrate a goal that has been reached: the Sunshine Yellow Banded Sales Target Achievement Award, a template that suits schools, employers and clubs. Look closely and you will notice a bold band of colour, set off by IBM Plex Sans lettering in sunshine yellow. You will also find it under Employee of the Month on CerShare.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the of target, annual target and achieved lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Navy and Green, Charcoal and Amber and Plum and Cyan), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
