About this template
L&D teams and corporate trainers reach for designs like this one when they want to record training that has been completed: a contemporary Customer Experience Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Look closely and you will notice chart lines and a bold band of colour, set off by Golos Text lettering in steel blue. You will also find it under Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for completing Customer Experience in line with [Standard or policy].
[Name] has successfully completed Customer Experience and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
This certifies that [Name] has completed Customer Experience ([4] CPD hours) on [Date], delivered by [Trainer].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the the customer journey and net promoter score, up from 41 fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Coral & Teal or Ochre & Pine colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
