About this template
Trade schools, workshops and site managers reach for designs like this one when they want to record training that has been completed: a clean Forklift Operator Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. The colour scheme you see, Depot Green, is one of three built into the design, with flowing waves at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For completing Forklift Operator: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
[Name] has completed Forklift Operator. Please keep this certificate with your training records.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Forklift Operator on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the truck type, rated capacity and valid until lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Bowlby One SC and Archivo Narrow. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Warehouse, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Changa.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
