About this template
Event organisers, schools and clubs reach for designs like this one when they want to confirm that someone took part: a crisp Conference Participation Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. On CerShare it comes in the Forest & Rust colour scheme, with a bold band of colour as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Rasa with Source Sans 3.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended Conference Participation Certificate ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
Thank you, [Name], for joining [Event] as a [Speaker, panellist or delegate].
Presented to [Name] for taking part in [Event] and contributing to its success.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the paper presented, dates and venue fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. The design comes with three colour schemes (Ink & Teal, Navy & Ochre and Forest & Rust), and every single colour can be changed. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Rasa and Source Sans 3. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Markazi Text.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
