About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Copper Banded Lecture Series Attendance Certificate gives event organisers, trainers and schools a modern way to confirm that someone took part. It is shown here in copper, with a bold band of colour, Amiri headings and Work Sans for the smaller text.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended Lecture Series Attendance ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
Awarded to [Name] for active participation in [Programme], [Dates].
This certifies that [Name] participated in [Event], held at [Venue] on [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the attended, venue and total lines. The design comes with three colour schemes (Ink and Oxblood, Library Green and Indigo Ink), and every single colour can be changed. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Amiri and Work Sans. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Scheherazade New.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
