About this template
Made with schools, employers and community groups in mind, this National Day Participation Certificate helps you confirm that someone took part without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Maroon Night, is one of three built into the design, with a sunburst at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Thank you, [Name], for joining [Event] as a [Speaker, panellist or delegate].
This is to confirm that [Name] was registered for and attended [Event] in full.
In recognition of [Name]’s participation in National Day Participation Certificate. We hope to see you next year.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Colours are yours to change: try Green Night, or match your own brand colours. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
