About this template
Made with universities, research groups and academic departments in mind, this Graduate Teaching Award helps you mark the day someone graduates without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Seminar Green, is one of three built into the design, with flowing waves at the heart of the layout. You will also find it under Awards & Competitions and Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name]! You walked in curious and you walk out ready. With love from all of us at [School].
Presented to [Name], Class of [Year], with pride in everything you have learned and excitement for everything still to come.
Awarded to [Name] on graduating from [School]. Thank you for the questions, the laughter and the hard work.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the module, students taught and student rating fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Neuton and Sora. Colours are yours to change: try Lecture Hall, or match your own brand colours. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Kufam.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
