About this template
The Forest Green Seal Certificate of Graduation is a classic Certificate of Graduation template that colleges, academies and adult-education centres use to mark the day someone graduates. Look closely and you will notice a round seal and a ribbon, set off by Elsie lettering in forest green.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name], Class of [Year], with pride in everything you have learned and excitement for everything still to come.
In honour of [Name], who completed [Programme] in [Year]. The tassel moves from right to left, and a new chapter begins.
This certifies that [Name] has completed [Programme] and is hereby recognised as a graduate of [School], on this day, [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Navy, Gold & Crimson, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Amiri.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
