About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Burgundy Tassel Graduation Certificate gives schools, colleges and academies a traditional way to mark the day someone graduates. It is shown here in burgundy, with a graduation cap and tassel, Prata headings and Nunito Sans for the smaller text.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
In honour of [Name], who completed [Programme] in [Year]. The tassel moves from right to left, and a new chapter begins.
[Name] has met every requirement of [Programme] with determination and good humour. We are proud to call you a graduate.
Awarded to [Name] on graduating from [School]. Thank you for the questions, the laughter and the hard work.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Prefer another look? Switch to the Navy & Gold or Evergreen colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Prata and Nunito Sans. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
