About this template
Here is a classic way to mark the day someone graduates: the Burgundy Seal Professional Diploma, a template that suits certification bodies, assessment centres and training providers. Look closely and you will notice a round seal and scattered stars, set off by Fanwood Text lettering in burgundy. You will also find it under Professional Certification and Course Completion on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] has completed Professional Diploma and is hereby recognised as a graduate of [School], on this day, [Date].
Congratulations, [Name]! You walked in curious and you walk out ready. With love from all of us at [School].
Today we celebrate [Name], graduate of [Year]: may your next steps be as bold as the ones that brought you here.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, modules completed, classification and credits and the signatures. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. The design comes with three colour schemes (Navy & Gold, Burgundy & Stone and Bottle Green & Bronze), and every single colour can be changed. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
