About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Brick Red Banded Foundation Year Certificate gives universities, research groups and academic departments a timeless way to mark the day someone graduates. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] has completed Foundation Year and is hereby recognised as a graduate of [School], on this day, [Date].
In honour of [Name], who completed Foundation Year in [Year]. The tassel moves from right to left, and a new chapter begins.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the pathway, overall result and progressing to fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Sandstone & Ink, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
