About this template
Use this classic Valentine's Day Gift Certificate to turn a present into something to unwrap. It suits shops, boutiques and gift-givers, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. With a round seal and Gloock headings, it has a classic feel, while the Blush & Plum palette keeps the colours fresh. It works just as well as a certificate of participation or a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Enjoy [Gift], [Name]. Terms: [one line], valid until [Date].
This gift certificate entitles [Name] to [Experience] at [Business]. Valid until [Date].
To: [Name]. From: [Giver]. A gift of [Value] to spend on whatever makes you happy.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the to, from and gift value fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. The design comes with three colour schemes (Rose & Gold, Blush & Plum and Coral & Cream), and every single colour can be changed. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Gloock and Karla. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Scheherazade New.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
