About this template
The Pink Ribbon Stuffed Animal Adoption Certificate is a crisp Stuffed Animal Adoption Certificate template that pet owners, vets and pet clubs use to mark a family moment. The colour scheme you see, Bunny Pink, is one of three built into the design, with a ribbon at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] for [Years] years of [Reason]. We love you more than words can say.
Happy [Occasion], [Name]! With all our love, [Family names], [Date].
To [Name], best friend since [Year]. Certified: still the best.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, species and adopted by and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Griffy and Baloo 2. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Honey Bear, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Playpen Sans Arabic.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
