About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Forest Green Medal First Holy Communion Certificate gives churches, parishes, godparents and families a classic way to mark a family moment. Sorts Mill Goudy sets the title and Lato carries the details, with a medal giving the page its character. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Colours are yours to change: try Gold & Midnight, or match your own brand colours. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Sorts Mill Goudy and Lato. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
