About this template
Online course creators and e-learning platforms reach for designs like this one when they want to close a course with something worth keeping: a clean Guided Project Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. It is shown here in forest green, with chart lines, Funnel Sans headings and Geist for the smaller text.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] for reaching the final lesson of the Guided Project. Well done, and keep practising.
[Name] finished the Guided Project with a final grade of [Grade]. Congratulations on a course well done.
This certifies that [Name] has successfully completed the Guided Project, [12] hours of guided study, on [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the project steps, all steps complete and duration lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Funnel Sans and Geist. The design comes with three colour schemes (Graphite & Cobalt, Teal Console and Violet IDE), and every single colour can be changed. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
