About this template
L&D teams and corporate trainers reach for designs like this one when they want to close a course with something worth keeping: a crisp Wellbeing Programme Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Look closely and you will notice flowing waves, set off by Inria Sans lettering in lavender. Change a few words and it doubles as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] finished the Wellbeing Programme with a final grade of [Grade]. Congratulations on a course well done.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended and completed the Wellbeing Programme, led by [Instructor], from [Start date] to [End date].
Awarded to [Name] for completing every module of the Wellbeing Programme with commitment and curiosity.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the weeks of practice lines. Colours are yours to change: try Sage & Sand, or match your own brand colours. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
