Made with course creators, trainers and schools in mind, this Certificate of Completion helps you close a course with something worth keeping without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in coral, with a sunburst, Aleo headings and Mulish for the smaller text. You will also find it under Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has met all the requirements of the [Course name] course and is presented with this certificate of completion.
Completed by [Name] on [Date]: the [Course name] course, including all assignments and the final assessment.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended and completed the [Course name] course, led by [Instructor], from [Start date] to [End date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Aleo and Mulish. Prefer another look? Switch to the Sahara or Pale Sand colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Rakkas.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
