About this template
If you need to close a course with something worth keeping, this Certificate of Completion does it with a contemporary layout that course creators, trainers and schools will recognise straight away. Julius Sans One sets the title and Lato carries the details, with a sunburst giving the page its character. You will also find it under Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For completing the [Course name] course and putting new skills into practice from the very first session.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended and completed the [Course name] course, led by [Instructor], from [Start date] to [End date].
[Name] has met all the requirements of the [Course name] course and is presented with this certificate of completion.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the duration and final grade lines. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Colours are yours to change: try Teal & Aqua, or match your own brand colours. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Changa.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
