Made with employers, HR teams and volunteer coordinators in mind, this Onboarding Completion Certificate helps you close a course with something worth keeping without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in chocolate, with leaves and branches, Athiti headings and Nunito Sans for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a volunteer certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. The design comes with three colour schemes (Morning Teal, Navy Welcome and Terracotta Door), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
