About this template

Use this contemporary Professional Certificate Programme Certificate to close a course with something worth keeping. It suits online course creators and e-learning platforms, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. Chivo sets the title and Source Serif 4 carries the details, with corner ornaments giving the page its character.

Suggested wording

Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

  1. This is to confirm that [Name] attended and completed the Professional Certificate Programme, led by [Instructor], from [Start date] to [End date].
  2. [Name] finished the Professional Certificate Programme with a final grade of [Grade]. Congratulations on a course well done.
  3. This certifies that [Name] has successfully completed the Professional Certificate Programme, [12] hours of guided study, on [Date].

How to customise it

You can rewrite the whole certificate; the programme transcript, total / average and duration fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Ink & Vermilion, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.

A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
