About this template
If you need to name a winner and make it official, this Team Captain Award does it with a crisp layout that coaches, sports clubs and leagues will recognise straight away. On CerShare it comes in the Royal Purple colour scheme, with flowing waves as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Montserrat with Sofia Sans. It works just as well as a sports certificate or a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certificate is presented to [Name] for winning [Category] at [Competition].
Presented to [Name], champion of [Competition] [Year], with the admiration of every competitor.
Awarded to [Name], winner of Team Captain Award, [Year].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the games as captain, assists and win rate lines. The design comes with three colour schemes (Captain Orange, Royal Purple and Hardwood), and every single colour can be changed. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
